Wi-Fi unreliable!!! Cash deposit at check-in is absurd!!! Odd banging noises from security at night are unsettling!!! Cleanliness standards should be dramatically improved!!!

Baiyoke is an excellent family hotel and a good value for money considering its proxity to all the finest shopping centres. The staff is efficient and the place is secure and safe. These are the main reasons why I only stay at Baiyoke Suites everytime I come to bangkok

The room, however, was outdated, with several appliances not working and a lingering musty smell that detracted from the experience.

Lots of ants, very bad smell inside the room. For this price there have better choice around. Not recommend this hotel for all.

The hotel location was great as it was just within walking distance to the shopping areas. And the bellboys are always helpful to greet you with a smile and they are always ready to assist with your languages.

The room service was terrible. It took them 2 days to deliver a international charger !

It was just a strong match for a brief hiatus in Bangkok with attractive and competitive value for money. The location was great, right next to shops with affordable prices. Be careful during checkout to avoid any misunderstandings about minibar charges.

The promixity to the shopping areas is the best thing about staying at this hotel.

The rooms are old and the design and furniture placement is somewhat odd.

It was located close to the all major shopping complexes and easy access to them

Some times I felt the staffs are not flexible to make some of needed arrangements. As a example my flight was 5pm but my checkout time was 12noon, I request to transfer my baggage to one of my friends room who is going to stay a extra day but the hotel refused. Hotel asks me to pay extra if I want to do so.

a room en suite at a reasonable price. Breakfast is fine. With showing the door keycard you can visit Bayoke Sky Htl. and play on the golf range on the 11th floor.

I had a booking for 2 person, but when my girlfriend arrived the front desk lady tried to charge me for additional 800 THB. I told her about my booking for 2 people so the charge was dropped. Just for the hotelguests to know that no visitors are allowed after 18 pm.
